I often find myself captivated by the daring escapades of famed adventurers like Indiana Jones, craving a taste of those thrills. While the treasures and traps of ancient ruins may not be within my grasp, there is a modern-day quest that has brought me closer to that adrenaline-fueled spirit: flying in a 2-seater plane.

Monday mornings often carry the weight of the weekend's relaxation, making it a formidable task for many to transition back into the hustle and bustle of the workweek. However, this Monday morning was infused with a delightful aroma that seemed to dispel any lingering traces of the weekend blues.

As the clock struck eight, the office was greeted with the warm scent of home-baked Chai and ginger cookies that I baked the night before. The gentle spiciness of Chai and the comforting zest of ginger combined to create a symphony of flavours that not only tantalised taste buds but also lifted spirits.
